Information you provide voluntarily when filling out a form (contact, pre-approval, property valuation): name, email, phone, property details, financial situation and any other information you choose to share.
Technical information your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, date and time. This is collected via cookies and server logs.
3. How we use your information
• To respond to your requests and provide personal follow-up.
• To send confirmation emails, Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) and communication related to your inquiry.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
• To improve the site and our services.
We never sell your data to third parties for marketing.
4. Who we share your information with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site:
• Vercel — site hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Redis Cloud — lead storage in our internal CRM.
• Cal.com — video call scheduling.
• Where applicable, with Exceed Realty (broker) and title companies involved in a specific transaction you authorize.
If a court or competent authority legally requires us to disclose information, we will comply.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies for site function (e.g. language preference). When you enable analytics, we use analytics cookies that you can reject from the consent banner.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, request deletion, object to its use, and data portability. Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and California residents under CCPA have additional rights.
