This site is operated by Nelson Rodríguez de Sousa, Realtor® in Texas (TREC License #817803) under broker Exceed Realty, LLC (Broker Marcela Banh #695292). Office: 1644 W Alabama St #100, Houston, TX 77006.

You may use the site to learn, contact me, get pre-approved, request valuations and schedule appointments. You may not: access restricted areas without authorization, attempt to compromise security, scrape data in automated ways, or use the site for illegal activities.

All content is informational. Mortgage calculator outputs, valuation estimates, market analyses and neighborhood info are estimates based on available data and do not constitute legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. For binding decisions, consult a licensed lender, attorney, CPA or financial advisor.

Listings shown come from the Houston MLS via HAR. We don't guarantee real-time availability, price or condition. Always verify with Nelson or the title company before making decisions.

7. TREC compliance

We never request wire transfers by email. If you receive instructions to send money supposedly from me, verify by calling me directly at (832) 425-0680 and confirm with the title company handling the transaction.
